Please complete the Application for Membership. First time members must pay a $25.00 initiation fee. Annual dues are $60.00. Handicap fee of $25 is paid directly to the Sandpiper Bay Club. Please Submit your completed application with a check made payable to "The Piperettes" to the Pro Shop.
